Safe Homes, Inc. is a non-profit organization that servessurvivors of domestic and sexual violence in Chatauqua, Cowley, Elk, and Sumner Counties. Safe Homes, Inc. has provided services for 24 years.
Emergency shelter and supportive services provided by Safe Homes, Inc. are free of charge. Safe Homes, Inc. is funded by federal, state, local and private grants. We are also supported by group and individual contributions, and the Cowley County United Way.
